1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The item is defective or not working
- You received a wrong product
- The product is missing accessories
- You received a product in tampered packaging
2. Conditions for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is in unused condition
- Original box, accessories, manuals, invoice are intact
- Serial numbers are unaltered
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned:
- Used or physically damaged items
- Products with missing accessories
- Items with removed or tampered serial numbers
- Software, warranty cards, or downloadable content
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product passes quality check:
- Refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original payment method
- Razorpay refunds may take 5–7 working days
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer/UPI
5. Replacement Policy
We will replace your product if:
- It arrives damaged or defective
- You report the issue within 7 days
- Stock availability permits
If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our fault (defective/wrong product), no return shipping fees will apply.
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply.
